About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll lead a team of tradespeople responsible for the maintenance and reliability of the site's
excavator and ancillary fleet.
You'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supporting equipment availability and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About You
You'll be an experienced
Mining Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of heavy mobile equipment maintenance.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining
- Strong knowledge of excavator and ancillary equipment maintenance
- Liebherr excavator experience is highly regarded
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a maintenance team
- Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance
- Strong safety, communication and problem-solving skills
- A focus on equipment reliability, quality and continuous improvement
- Strong planning, decision-making and organisational skills
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Relevant mechanical trade qualification is highly regarded
