We're Hiring: Registered Nurse (Full Time/ Part-Time/Casual)
THERAPY is a pioneering wellness destination integrating neuroscience, diagnostics, IV therapy, and holistic care to deliver measurable transformation in mind–body health. As we prepare to open our flagship centre in Eltham, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in a Full time, casual or part-time role.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Registered Nurse passionate about integrative health, confident in clinical oversight, and experienced in delivering IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness-focused diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and safe delivery of IV nutrient drips, vitamin injections, cosmetic injectable treatments, and related wellness therapies.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-treatment assessments, obtain informed consent, and monitor clients throughout treatments.
- Administer cosmetic injectable procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines, scope of practice, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform venepuncture for wellness diagnostics (e.g. hormone panels, nutrient deficiency testing, and microbiome testing in collaboration with pathology partners).
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards, clinical protocols, medication safety, and cosmetic treatment regulations.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare requirements, and ongoing wellness recommendations.
- Liaise with wellness clinicians and support team regarding integrated client care plans and treatment pathways.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical documentation for all wellness and cosmetic services.
- Monitor and manage clinical stock, including medications, consumables, and cosmetic injectable products.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of clinical protocols, treatment offerings, and service enhancements within the IV, injectable wellness, and cosmetic treatment programs.
- Support a premium client experience by delivering high-quality, client-centred care aligned with the organisation's wellness philosophy.
About You
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience with IV therapy, venepuncture, and intramuscular injections
- Strong understanding of integrative and preventative health principles
- Comfortable working independently on weekends in a supportive but autonomous environment
- Relevant training and competency in cosmetic injectables, with a strong understanding of facial anatomy, client assessment, treatment planning, and adverse event management.
