You want to actively participate in shaping policies and initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, promote renewable energy adoption, and enhance the overall environmental performance of the transport network.
In this role, you'll:
This role will see you lead and hold accountability of the Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure program delivery that support renewable energy projects while maintaining road safety, ensuring network efficiency and protecting transport assets.
This role will act as the key interface with IPE and RMR interanlly, liaise directly with EnergyCo Project Managers, and oversee Developer Works agreements (WADs) to facilitate the timely delivery of renewable energy developments.
You will lead the readiness of transport corridors, facilitate Oversize Overmass (OSOM) movements, manage stakeholder interfaces and drive efficient, safe and compliant project outcomes in a complex environment balancing commercial, community, development and network operational priorities, prior to the OSOM movements and during through the peak delivery period. Working with community is critical, and owning the knowledge of all Transport facets within the corridors and work closely with Transport's Network Coordination team during the movements.
These are permanent full time opportunities, which can be based from any approved Transport workplace locations across NSW.
It is embedded within the team’s established ways of working and supports collaborative delivery. Flexible hybrid work options are available to promote balance and productivity.

About you
Your leadership, project, contract and stakeholder management skills formed across transport, infrastructure, construction, energy, development or related sectors will see you excel in coordinating complex programs, managing competing priorities and building productive relationships that enable project delivery while maintaining asset protection, road safety and network performance.
You're recognized as a collaborative and commercially astute leader, skilled at negotiating agreements, managing stakeholder interfaces and delivering outcomes across multiple organisations, experienced in developer works, infrastructure delivery, contract management, risk management, procurement and the coordination of road and bridge projects, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
