LOOKING TO START ASAP
We are looking for an experienced sports/recreation manager who can take our existing Indoor Football (Soccer) competition to the next level. The role is facilitating our Friday Night Junior and Senior Indoor Football competitions.
This is a great 2nd Job option for someone looking for some additional work, leading a small team, and reporting direvtly to the Venue Manager and the Head of Operations for the group.
The successful applicant is responsible 2 key areas:
1. Game Day Operations
- Managing game-day operations, including referee assignments, collection of player fees, dispute resolution.
- Managing adherence to Centre Policy including finals qualifications, player conduct and referee performance.
2. Competition Management
- Creating, editing and notifying of all Indoor Soccer fixtures at the facility.
- Communication between the facility and team captains for relevant updates and notices
- Increasing participation (teams or single registration)
Availability:
* 10-14 hours per week (approx)
* Friday afternoons/evenings
* An opportunity for more hours based upon growth of the sport.
Requirements:
* Must be well presented.
* Must be an Australian resident
*Business Operations knowledge/experience preferred
* Must have RSA or willing to obtain
* Must have Blue Card or willing to obtain
* First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
* Good Work Ethic
* Must be assertive and willing to enforce centre policies and the integrity of the competition.

Pay: From $33.05 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
