We are a long-established accounting practice located in Caringbah, providing taxation, accounting and advisory services to individuals, families and small businesses throughout the Sutherland Shire and beyond.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Client Services & Workflow Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a traditional reception role.
We are seeking someone who enjoys creating order, managing information and helping ensure that work moves efficiently from start to finish. You will play a key role in supporting our clients and helping the practice operate smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the flow of information between clients and the practice, ensuring that jobs are organised, complete and ready for the accounting team.
- Requesting and collecting information from clients
- Following up outstanding documents and information
- Reviewing incoming information for completeness
- Organising and maintaining electronic client files
- Managing incoming correspondence and emails
- Preparing client files and supporting documentation for accounting engagements
- Sending documents for electronic signature and monitoring completion
- Maintaining workflow and job tracking systems
- Assisting with client communications and engagement activities
- Supporting the professional staff with general administrative and organisational tasks
About You
You will ideally possess:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- A professional and reliable approach to your work
Previous administration, reception, customer service or office support experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
