About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing a crew delivering the least complex slickline services within a specific geographic area and ensuring customer satisfaction at the well site.
This position will be fly-in, fly-out, based in Jandakot, WA.
Key Responsibilities
· Reviews the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the appropriate equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose. Confirms that the unit, WPCE and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job.
· Applies technical knowledge to resolve unanticipated situations and consults with HES operations base as needed.
· Maintains assigned equipment and performs on-site emergency unit and equipment maintenance as needed.
· Develops the skill set to run more complex and/or a broader range of jobs, and to implement new technologies.
· Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable health, safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Conducts and documents all related activities at the well site, including site assessments and risk analyses.
· Increases service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Trains service operators and operator assistants in areas of expertise.
· Builds strong customer relationships at the well site, providing operational expertise and solutions, and following up on job performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Role Requirements
· Ability to communicate with team and customer
· Understanding technical knowledge related to slickline products and services, processes, and documentation, customer service skills, communication, negotiation, recovery, and interpersonal skills
· Have 2+ years of previous experience
· Diploma or similar education
· Able to work a physically active, hands-on role
