I’m Jarryd, owner of Levelled Pools. I’m a qualified tiler myself, and I’m on every site, every stage — so I’m not writing this from behind a desk. I know exactly what good tiling looks like, and I know how rare it is to find someone who cares about it as much as I do.

At Levelled Pools, we do things properly, every time. We’re a small, growing pool renovation and construction business, and we’ve built our name on workmanship other builders send their clients to look at. That reputation only exists because of the tradespeople doing the work — which means the standard has to be high, and it has to be protected.
The work
You’ll be tiling pools, coping, paving and outdoor living spaces on premium renovation and new-build projects across the Gold Coast — the kind of jobs where a client notices a grout line half a millimetre out, and getting it right the first time actually matters. Pool tiling experience is preferred, but what matters more is that you notice the details other tilers walk past.
What we expect
- A genuine eye for detail — the kind that doesn’t need to be told twice
- Reliability. If you say you’ll be there at 6:30am, you’re there at 6:30am
- Pride in your own work, without needing someone standing over you
- The ability to communicate professionally with clients, not just the crew
If you’re chasing the highest hourly rate above everything else, or you’re used to moving jobs every few months, this probably isn’t the right fit — and that’s fine. We’re not for everyone. We’re looking for tradies who want to build something long-term, not just clock in.
