Your New Role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to join our Investments Delivery team where you will play a critical role in preparing, managing and embedding change that enables the Fund’s broader investment and member objectives.

- Leading (and connecting) end to end change activities across multiple initiatives, from defining change and planning through to implementation and adoption.

- Building organisational change capability, coaching and supporting others to fulfil their roles in leading change.
- Exploring and using AI and data to improve change management effectivity and efficiency.
Driving aligned, well‑governed changes for effective business readiness, change adoption and delivery of sustainable outcomes.

In This Role, You Will:
- Work alongside delivery teams and business owners, leading and delivering end‑to‑end change management strategies that ensure people are ready for change
- Coach and support leaders to fulfil their role as change sponsors and champion change across the business
- Develop and execute change plans, defining the change (why and what is the impact); planning the change; planning and engaging stakeholders; building the awareness, knowledge and skills required, and creating adoption plans.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment for and the adoption of change to enable the successful delivery of initiative outcomes.
- Working with impacted people leaders, track and measure business readiness, change adoption and transition to BaU
- Integrate change activities into delivery cadence to ensure seamless delivery effort
Identify and manage change risks, resistance and dependencies within and across initiatives

What You’ll Need:
- Extensive experience delivering change management outcomes across complex portfolios within the financial services (and ideally investments fund management / superannuation) industry.
- Proven ability leading and supporting change management activities from defining and planning through to embedding and adoption of the change.
- Proven ability to work independently, across multiple initiatives and teams concurrently in sequential and iterative delivery.
- Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders and SMEs, with proven ability to influence, challenge and support decision‑making.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and driving business readiness across impacted teams, where stakeholders and change impact is multi country.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated passion for contributing to organisational change capability uplift through coaching key roles in change and consistent application of organisational change framework, methods and tools.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and best practices, Prosci certification is preferred.
