Cafe seeking experienced cook/chef to run a independent role in the kitchen providing cooked breakfasts and a variety of prepared sandwiches and meals.
We also have a fully pastry cabinet of in house made products. Experience with making pastries is essential.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Complete daily running of all kitchen operations
- Menu planning and ordering and seasonal adjustments
- Cost control
- Adhering to all health regulations
- Great time management
As this is an independent role we require someone reliable and punctual who is ready to make it their own. An amount of flexibility with shift hours may be required.
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
