Draughtsman / Estimator - Construction Ashore Group Pty Ltd is a growing construction company delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across Melbourne. We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman / Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong construction background who can assist with pricing, tendering, designing, and preparing construction drawings for a wide range of commercial and residential projects. About the Role - Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions. - Pricing commercial and residential construction projects. - Producing construction drawings and design documentation. - Assisting with project planning and design development. - Working closely with our construction team to deliver quality outcomes. - Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. About You - Strong construction background. - Proven estimating and tendering experience. - Excellent drafting and design skills using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Qualifications in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field are highly regarded.
