About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Administrator to join our team in Queensland. You will be responsible for the health, security, and performance of our web infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of creative content management and technical server stability, ensuring our users have a seamless digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Manage day-to-day web operations, including hosting environments, domain management, SSL certifications and implementing computer networks by installing and downloading appropriate software
- Performance: Monitor site speed and uptime; troubleshoot and resolve any front-end or back-end issues by responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems.
- Security: Implement robust security protocols, manage firewalls, and perform regular backups and software updates (CMS patches, etc.) and determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- Content Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to upload content and ensure SEO best practices are met.
- Analytics: Generate monthly reports on web traffic, user behavior, and site performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
