ARA is seeking a talented and competent Human Resource Manager to join their team to support the continued growth and operations of the business.
Location: 9B Commercial Road, Kingsgrove NSW 2208Salary: $90,000 + superannuationHours: Full Time - 38 hours per weekTerm: 2 years
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and review HR strategies, policies, and plans to meet organisational
and project needs.
- Monitor workforce allocation, employment costs, and productivity levels to support
efficient operations.
- Ensure HR practices align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Advise and assist managers with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Support the development and delivery of induction, training, and professional development
programs.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems to evaluate and improve
individual and team performance.
- Provide guidance to managers on workplace relations matters and employee issues.
- Assist in managing employment conditions, including remuneration discussions where
required.
- Support the implementation of occupational health and safety and equal employment
opportunity programs, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- At least 1 year of previous experience in an accounting or finance related role;
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in using software and systems;
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
- No convictions on Police Check.
