We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying automotive parts while providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret customer and workshop parts requirements.
- Identify and source correct spare parts using catalogues and computer systems.
- Process sales orders and quotations.
- Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy.
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding parts availability and pricing.
- Ensure the parts department is organised and efficient.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Pay: $49,900.00 – $75,000.00 per year
