About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our Adelaide team at HOKA for our Holiday period! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear in fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
- Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers
Skills and Experience
- Full availability from Mid-November 2026 to Mid-February 2027 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
- Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
