What's on Offer
Salary and conditions vary across clients, locations, and applicable awards. As a guide, Registered Nurses in Australia earn from $70,235 up to $115,825+ per year under the Nurses Award (MA000034), with an average advertised market salary of approximately $90,000. Specialist and senior roles, or positions with regional allowances, can command significantly higher remuneration.

Who We're Looking For
You are:
- A qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration — or actively working towards it
- Passionate about delivering person-centred, high-quality care
- Ready to commit to an Australian employer and build your career here
- Professionally motivated and adaptable to different care environments
- Minimum 1–2 years post-qualification clinical experience preferred
You might be:
- Already working in Australia and ready for your next opportunity
- An internationally qualified nurse preparing to make Australia home
- Registered in your home country and interested in the AHPRA pathway
