Prydes Confectionery is a well-established confectionery manufacturer known for delivering high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Manager to lead and oversee our night operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with starch moulding experience who can take ownership of production, team supervision, and site operations.
About the Role
As the Night Shift Production Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and smooth running of our night shift operations. This includes:
- Managing all production activities to meet targets for output, quality, and efficiency
- Overseeing starch moulding processes and ensuring best practice standards
- Leading and supervising the production, packing and maintenance teams
- Ensuring effective coordination of plant maintenance and site services
- Monitoring and improving safety, quality, and compliance across the shift
- Troubleshooting operational issues and driving continuous improvement
- Liaising with day shift management to ensure seamless handover and communication
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in starch moulding confectionery production (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and plant operations
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and workplace health & safety
- Good communication and organisational skills

Pay: $70,977.29 – $132,382.58 per year
