About Eucaly Care
Eucaly Care is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred disability support in the Brisbane area. We are opening a new Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Bardon and are building our founding support team.
We prioritise continuity of care. Once rostering is established (approx. 2–3 months), our aim is for the same staff to work the same days and times each week, giving participants a consistent, familiar routine.
About the Role
You will provide in-home support to two adult women in a 2-person SIL house. You will work as part of a structured team with a dedicated Team Leader on the floor and an accessible house coordinator.
Shifts available:
- Morning (AM): 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon (PM): 2:30pm – 10:30pm
- Sleepover (SL): 10:30pm – 6:30am
Pay rate is according to SCHADS Award.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and continence support
- Prepare and serve meals in line with participant dietary and mealtime management plans
- Assist with household tasks — cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping
- Support community access, social activities and transport
- Complete electronic shift notes, bowel diaries, mealtime logs and incident reports accurately
- Follow individual support plans
- Monitor and report changes in participant health or behaviour to the Team Leader
- Attend team meetings and mandatory training sessions

- Casual pay plus weekend and public holiday penalty rates
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experience
- Current Blue Card (Queensland)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
- Availability for AM, PM and sleepover shifts including weekends
Desirable
- Experience in a SIL or group home setting
- Experience with mealtime management or dysphagia support
