Join us in a pivotal role where you will lead, establish and shape the Information & Privacy function within Legal & Compliance. Reporting to the General Counsel - Executive Director, Legal and Compliance, you will lead the organisation's privacy, information access, records governance and data breach management functions, ensuring compliance with relevant NSW legislation and best practice standards.
You will provide expert advice on privacy, GIPA and information governance matters, oversee data breach and information access processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support effective risk management, transparency and organisational integrity.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide sound, evidence-based advice and manage sensitive, high-risk matters with confidence and integrity.
