Your new role:
Princess Alexandra Hospital is seeking a motivated and detail-focused professional to manage specialist patient revenue and debt recovery services within Metro South Health. In this pivotal role, you will oversee outstanding patient accounts, liaise with patients, third-party agencies and business partners, conduct quality audits, and drive continuous process improvements across revenue operations. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will apply your strong analytical, communication and financial management skills to ensure compliance, system integrity and exceptional customer service outcomes.
About you:
You are a proactive and customer-focused professional with strong revenue management expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships while driving process improvement and compliance outcomes. You will have:
Demonstrated experience in debt recovery, revenue management and bad debt processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and solve complex issues
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
Proven ability to maintain data integrity, conduct quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
