About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join our growing Sydney team in dedicated night shift positions .
Working within the community, you will provide high-quality overnight clinical care and monitoring to clients with complex health needs, including spinal cord injuries and other high-intensity support requirements. You will work closely with support workers, families, allied health professionals, and the broader clinical team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care throughout the night.
This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced clinical supports, including:
Ventilator management
Tracheostomy care
PEG feeding and management
Complex respiratory care
Spinal cord injury support
Overnight clinical monitoring and assessment
Clinical oversight and support of care teams
Our night shifts provide a unique opportunity to deliver focused clinical care while building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting their health, safety, and wellbeing in their own homes.
You will also have access to ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical support from our experienced nursing and allied health teams to help you grow and succeed in your role.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience working with individuals with complex care needs
Previous disability or community nursing experience (highly regarded)
Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, PEG feeding, or willingness to undertake training
Strong manual handling skills and experience
Experience providing personal care and clinical support
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, professional, and person-centred approach to care
Availability and commitment to work overnight shifts
