Due to an internal move, a position is available for a Capex Program Manager to join our team at CSL Behring, Broadmeadows. Reporting to the Head of Project Engineering, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and governance of a program of high value capital projects (approximately $50-70 million) across a range of complexity.
Managing a 3rd party provider and internal multidisciplinary teams you will oversee projects that expand facility capacity and capability through the full project lifecycle, from scoping and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, validation and handover. Specifically, you will:
Be part of the Project Delivery leadership team that provides subject matter expertise and governance to deliver cGMP compliant projects suitable for TGA / USFDA approval
Be successful execution of a program of capital works through leading a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external resources
Be responsible for a consolidated program budget, investment decisions and resource management
Provide technical leadership and a high level of quality execution by reviewing and approving critical technical documentation and ensure appropriate commissioning, qualification and validation activities
Ensure all initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and are delivered with safety embedded in processes
To be successful in this role, you possess:
Demonstrated experience leading complex capex programs or portfolios of projects in a GMP regulated environment
An understanding of cGMPs, validation, CMC and regulatory submission requirements for facilities and manufacturing systems
Strong knowledge of project and program management practices across the full lifecycle
An ability to integrate planning and delivery across a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external resources
Expertise in financial management with major capital investment portfolios
A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
