About the Role:
Are you an accomplished leader with a passion for service improvement and strategic delivery?
The Medicine Operational Team is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will support the Unit Directors in delivering all operational functions across their relevant specialities. You will oversee the department's administrative functions, ensuring key performance indicators are met and standard operating procedures are adhered to. You will also identify opportunities for service redesign, develop improvement plans, and provide leadership and management to the administration team.
The ideal candidate will possess high-level communication skills, a demonstrated record of achievement in implementing organisational strategies, and strong organisational and computer literacy skills. They will also hold a tertiary qualification in Public Sector Management and/or have relevant public sector experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while leading operational excellence and continuous improvement across the division.
