The Role
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build genuine connections with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI expectations
- Use your product knowledge to confidently recommend products and build complete outfits
- Create a welcoming and engaging store environment
- Support visual merchandising and maintain high store presentation standards
- Assist with stock management and day-to-day store operations
- Work collaboratively with the team and Store Manager to achieve store goals
- Take part in ongoing training and development to build your retail and product knowledge
