We are looking for an experienced and motivated Barista/All rounder superstar to join our team
What you’ll be doing:
- Must have extensive knowledge of coffee and coffee making techniques.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, maintaining consistently high standards of quality.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders, ensuring optimal performance.
- Must also have the ability to juggle multiple tasks during peak times while maintaining a level of professionalism and courteousness to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, helping to create a positive café experience for patrons.
- Maintain clean, hygienic and safe work areas
- Work efficiently during peak service times and manage high volumes of coffee orders.
- Assist with managing stock levels by ordering and restocking coffee supplies as needed.
- Handle customer transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with the rest of the café team to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
About you:
- Minimum 2 year's barista experience
- Available to start ASAP
- Confident working independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Weekend availability is a must

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
