Your Impact
Shape how a complex portfolio moves from plan to execution by making governance, reporting and coordination work as one system. Each week centres on aligning multiple workstreams, keeping milestones, risks and decisions visible, and ensuring the right forums have the right information at the right time. You bring clarity to complexity by maintaining a single, trusted portfolio view in Sensei Altus and driving a disciplined cadence that keeps delivery on track. This role sits at the centre of portfolio activity, connecting teams, leaders and vendors to sustain momentum and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an integrated portfolio plan across all workstreams, consolidating inputs from portfolio leads, business owners and vendors into a single, coherent view.
- Own the governance cadence, preparing agendas, packs and pre-reads for portfolio forums while coordinating inputs into broader group governance.
- Consolidate workstream reporting into clear portfolio-level dashboards, tracking progress against milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and key deliverables.
- Align portfolio teams, leadership and external partners, acting as the central coordination point and ensuring actions, decisions and escalations are followed through to closure.
- Administer PMO tools, templates and registers, ensuring Sensei Altus data integrity, version control and audit-ready artefacts while supporting continuous improvement of governance and reporting.
About You
- You bring experience from a Portfolio PMO, project coordination or project administration environment.
- You apply a strong understanding of portfolio governance and delivery frameworks to structure and control complex work.
- You translate complex project data into clear, portfolio-level insights that enable decision-making.
- You engage stakeholders with confidence, coordinating across teams while communicating effectively at an executive level.
- You operate with high proficiency across planning, reporting and PMO toolsets, with advantageous exposure to Sensei Altus.
