We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional Receptionist who loves helping people and creating outstanding first impressions.
As the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping our business run smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming members, guests, and visitors with a friendly attitude
- Answering phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Managing bookings, appointments, and schedules
- Maintaining a clean, professional reception area
- Processing memberships, payments, and administrative tasks
- Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
- Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Previous customer service or reception experience is desirable but not essential
