As an Executive Administrator, your key responsibilities include:

Work productively with students/clients, staff and business areas to effectively support Chisholm achieve its goals. This includes:
- Develop and maintain a broad and effective working relationship with peers, colleagues and staff across Chisholm

Practice open, honest and timely constructive feedback with your team

Lead and facilitate understanding of Chisholm procedures, policies and vision.
- Commit to pursuing cost effective outcomes and efficiency across all your operations

Understand and operate according to the defined business area budget

Take responsibility for cost management in your work and provide solutions/options that are cost neutral or mitigate costs to Chisholm

Apply the correct protocols for contacting Government departments regarding invitations and events and for meeting and greeting local and overseas guests to Chisholm

Be familiar with key Federal, State and Local officials and use correct titles and forms of address

Provide the Executive Director(s) with precise information in relation to events including date, time, venue, other attendees, cost, accommodation and travel arrangements

Maintain the Executive Director(s) diary to accommodate events and facilitate optimal use of time
-
Liaise with the Corporate Communications regarding the preparation of speeches and to maximise knowledge and expertise of promotions, ensuring that arrangements include appropriate protocols

Coordinate the Executive/Associate Director(s) participation in and assist with internal and external events such as award ceremonies, expos, conferences, staff dinners/breakfasts and external client functions/events.

Act as the key contact person on behalf of the Executive/Associate Director(s)

Screen, respond, redirect, register all forms of communication on behalf of the Executive/Associate Director(s)
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrable current experience and capacity in providing high level executive support in a complex and demanding working environment.
Qualifications required for the role:

A relevant qualification at a minimum of Diploma level
