About the Role
We are seeking a Reception and Concierge to join the ABN Retail team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, delivering a professional, welcoming and customer-focused experience at our Leederville Office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is passionate about providing exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver a warm, professional and customer-focused experience for all visitors and enquiries.
- Manage reception operations, including calls and appointments.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, wayfinding and concierge services across the Retail Centre.
- Maintain presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms and customer spaces.
- Support customer hospitality, meeting room set-up and general guest services.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience.
About You
You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, creating positive experiences, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, well-presented and confident in representing the business.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-centric and solutions-focused, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- A positive team player with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfortable handling phone call inquiries.
- Availability to work on Saturday.
