Time: Various shifts Morning, daytime and evening
Days: Regular repeating roster, up to 7 day per week (regular shifts)

Care Kin is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker(PCA). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by facilitating their participation and engagement within the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Personal Care Assistance (PCA) - Showering, toiletting, etc.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Respect clients' choices, dignity, and independence
- Monitor Oxygen Staturation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Facilitate engagement with community
- Assist in keeping the residence maintained
Requirements:
- ABN
- Experience working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- National Police Check
