Job Description
We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our Post Anaesthetic Recovery Unit (PARU) Team at Warners Bay Private Hospital. You will be assisting with our patients and their recovery postoperatively. Reporting to the Theatre Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
-
Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.

No minimum experience in specialty required – Transition to specialty position considered.

Willingness to learn, and expand skills in a specialty nursing area
-
Preferable to have experience working across operating theatres, PARU or in surgical nursing
-
Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
-
Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
-
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.

Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
