About The Role:
This remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) role sits within the national Customer team and operates within a structured contact centre environment. The CSR works closely with customers, brokers, lenders, and valuers to progress valuation jobs through to completion.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering an excellent client experience in our fast-paced environment by:
Managing enquiries received via 1300 number, email, and integrated platforms
Resolving queries at first contact using sound judgment and process knowledge
Progressing valuation jobs through effective coordination and task management
Communicating clearly, empathetically, and professionally
Supporting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and quality service

Experience in customer service or contact centre environments

High attention to detail and a methodical approach to task and workflow management
