About the role
In this business critical role, you will be managing the sales pipeline for the international admissions team.
In conjunction with others, you will develop a roadmap for the admissions team, helping us monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and forecast revenue.
You will be utilising your strong administration skills (Excel) as well as engaging in stakeholder management with internal & external providers.
This is a casual contract, most likely conclude end of November 2026, with a possibility to extend.
Key Responsibilities

Providing administration support to the GM of Future Students & Admissions Manager

Data entry into spreadsheets and word documents

Uploading documents into the CRM system

Providing support to the sales/admissions teams

Receiving phone calls from agents and managing enquiries

Generating monthly internal sales reports and dashboards

General ad hoc administrative duties
Education & Experience
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly with Excel

Proven administrative experience within a fast-paced sales environment
High attention to detail and process accuracy

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Experience in coaching and developing team in a call support hub environment, highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding influencing skills and the ability to defuse and turn around stressed, anxious students.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead and drive small teams.
- Positive can do and helpful attitude.
