We have an exciting opportunity for a Sport Presentation Coordinator to join our Events & Operations team for a fixed-term opportunity to the end of March 2027 .
This role will support the development and delivery of Cricket Australia’s Sport Presentation program across the Men’s and Women’s international cricket season, helping to create outstanding fan engagement and entertainment experiences across our program of matches.
Working closely with the Event Experience Team and agency partners, you will help bring our in-stadium event experience to life through high-quality planning, coordination and delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport presentation, fan experience and live events, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role you’ll be responsible for :
Support delivery of CA’s Sport Presentation program across international matches.
Coordinate key planning documents with agencies and internal stakeholders.
Represent Event Experience in cross-functional planning meetings.
Coordinate logistics , including freight, storage , travel, transport and accommodation.
Support match-day delivery, including weekend hours and occasional domestic travel.
Manage program invoicing, budgeting and financial reporting.
Support post-event communications , debriefs and program learnings.
As the successful Sport Presentation Coordinator, you will bring:
At least two years’ experience in sport presentation, events or entertainment .
Experience supporting event planning, coordination and delivery .
Strong stakeholder skills across internal teams, agencies, venues, partners and suppliers.
Excellent organisation , attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities .
A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial awareness and confidence with budgets , invoicing or financial reporting .
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Energy , curiosity and passion for memorable fan experiences.
