About the role
Ultramax are seeking experienced plumber/pipe-fitters with a keen eye for detail, a desire to learn, pride in their workmanship and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Our scope of work is both broad and bespoke where our plumber/pipe-fitters enjoy working in a variety of industries including industrial, welding, laboratory, medical, mining & manufacturing to install a range of services from compressed air, oxygen, acetylene, nitrogen, lubrication oils, CO & CO2, helium, hydrogen, water, LPG and more.

Preferred Attributes & Experience
- Previous plumbing experience
- Preferred experience in specialist gas installations including medical, industrial or laboratory gases
- Preferred experience using diverse pipe materials
- HDPE Welding, Electro-fusion, Socket-fusion
- Pipe threading (galvanised pipe and stainless steel)
- Roll grooving
- Instrumentation tubing
- Experience with worksite safety including JSA's, SMWS, Take 5's etc.
- White Card
- High Risk Work Licence
- Working At Heights
- EWP Training
- Drivers License
- Own basic tools
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
