ACE Alloy Wheel Repairs is one of Australia's leading specialist alloy wheel repair businesses. We repair and refurbish alloy wheels for insurers, prestige vehicle dealerships, panel repairers, fleet operators and retail customers.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Spray Painter & Wheel Prepper to join our Melbourne workshop.

About the Role
This is not a standard automotive spray-painting position.
You will specialise in the repair and refinishing of alloy wheels, including:
- Wheel preparation and sanding
- Priming and refinishing alloy wheels
- OEM colour matching
- Prestige and luxury vehicle wheel repairs
- Diamond-cut wheel refinishing (training provided if required)
- Quality control and finishing
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an automotive spray painter or vehicle prepper
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Current driver's licence preferred
Experience repairing alloy wheels is an advantage but not essential. We are happy to train the right person.
