Site Supervisor
RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing Service Delivery Team. You will lead multi-discipline teams of OEM technicians and trades, delivering the safe and efficient execution of shutdowns, installations and overhauls of OEM fixed plant equipment across client sites in the Northwest, Southwest and interstate.
The point of hire for this role is Perth.
Key Responsibilities
Safety: Lead from the front through planning and execution, driving strong on-site safety standards
Communication: Engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
Schedule: Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet safety, quality and schedule targets
Quality: Monitor workmanship and technical compliance to OEM and client standards
About You
Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication or Fixed & Mobile Plant Mechanic)
Minimum 5 years' experience supervising trades teams in shutdown environments
Specific mining industry shutdown supervision experience is required
Strong safety leadership and coordination capability
Section 26, White Card and WA Driver's Licence
Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres and First Fire Attack

Must have Australian work authorisation rights
