About the opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity in our Major and Mobile Projects Division, in which you will be responsible for broad contract development, management and administration according to business vision and goals. This includes day to day management of active contracts, assessing contract options and preparing documentation for both internal and external key stakeholders.
Further and detailed responsibilities are found in the position description which is available upon request and will include:
- Reviewing contracts, scopes of work and associated agreements and administrative tasks related to this documentation.
- Provide all necessary contractual support to Project and Operational Managers.
- Review, negotiate and execute contracts in line with company risk management guidelines in collaboration with the Contract Management Team, Holcim Legal and Sales Team.
- Assist the Project Managers and Operational Managers where appropriate in the delivery of Holcim products.
- Attend and contribute to regular project meetings and activities
Establish and maintain project systems and documentation specific to Major and Mobile Projects

Qualifications and Experience
- Contract Management and Tendering Experience
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps, SAP and other systems required to perform the role effectively
- Strong commercial acumen
- Understanding of and exposure to the construction or similar industry
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Legal and / or contract qualifications (not essential)
