We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lifestyle Activities & Volunteer Coordinator, with a Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or equivalent, to support the wellbeing and engagement of residents and consumers through meaningful social, cultural and recreational programs.
In this dynamic role you will design and coordinate engaging activities that reflect individual preferences and goals, while also leading the development and sustainability of the volunteer program. You will play a key role in fostering inclusion, connection and community across our Aged Care service.
You will provide:
- Coordinate lifestyle programs, including the development of a monthly activity calendar that promotes meaningful resident participation based on individual preferences and goals
- Complete documentation, assessments and evaluations to ensure programs are effective and meet quality standards
- Recruit, train and support volunteers to ensure a strong, sustainable volunteer program that aligns with organisational priorities.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to positive outcomes for residents and consumers.
- Foster engagement, communication and inclusive participation across all programs.
