As a Timetable Lead, your key responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively to ensure timetabling policies, guidelines, and procedures provide equitable, consistent, and efficient use of facilities across Chisholm.
- Provide timetabling support and advice on data preparation, constraints building, problem solving, timetable production and maintenance.
- Manage databases and information relating to the usage of buildings, rooms, tutorial spaces, lecture theatres and other spaces at Chisholm.
- Provide high quality, effective Timetabling software support to support Delivery Areas to enter data for the development of class timetables.
- Work closely with all teaching delivery areas to resolve issues and improve timetabling concerns for students thereby improving the campus experience at Chisholm.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes regarding space utilisation, timetable adjustments and scheduling priorities, ensuring decisions balance organisational needs with student and staff experience.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely updates on timetable changes, operational disruptions, maintenance?related impacts, and space availability to support informed decision?making.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in in developing and maintaining timetabling systems within an educational environment.
Qualifications required for the role
- Relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications in IT, Business, Administration or similar, or substantial demonstrated practical experience in relevant roles.
Desirable
- A degree in a related field and relevant administrative management experience.
- Experience working at a senior level in an educational institution.
