Purpose
As a Hospitality Executive – All-Rounder, you will play a key role in delivering a premium workplace experience across concierge and hospitality services. Supporting tenants, guests and clients, you will create a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service, seamless food & beverage delivery and proactive front-of-house support, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a 5-star hospitality experience
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for tenants, guests and visitors
- Provide food & beverage service across meeting rooms, events and hospitality spaces
- Set up and maintain conference rooms, kitchenettes and lounge areas to premium presentation standards
- Assist with concierge services including building enquiries, workspace support, deliveries and tenant requests
- Proactively engage with tenants and visitors throughout the lobby and workplace precinct
- Coordinate catering requests and support tenant activations, meetings and events
- Respond to feedback, anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support daily operational, administrative and stock management tasks while contributing to a positive team culture and exceptional workplace experience
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service or premium workplace environments
- Strong food & beverage service background with experience in conference, events or lounge-style service highly regarded
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating meaningful interactions
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, guests and stakeholders
- Well-presented, proactive and adaptable with the ability to work across multiple service areas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and service standards
