- Food preparation, mise en place, and maintaining prep levels throughout the day
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and ready at all times
- Ensuring all food is prepared and plated to our standards
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during peak periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work at pace without compromising on quality
- Strong knife skills and solid understanding of kitchen fundamentals
- Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player

- Casual position with flexible shifts
- Availability across lunch, dinner, and weekends preferred
