Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
- Deliver evidence-based intervention tailored to each client's goals and needs.
- Support clients to develop skills that enhance participation, independence, and wellbeing.
- Provide education, coaching, and support to families, carers, and support networks.
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to outcome monitoring and service improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements
- Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Australian program.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (if community-based services are required).
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
