As a full-time Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our diverse clientele. What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional haircuts, trims, and styling to all clients
- Using a variety of techniques and tools to achieve the desired look for each customer
- Offering personalised grooming services such as shaves, beard trims, and facials
- Ensuring a clean, organised, and welcoming work environment
- Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber/Hairdresser
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience
- A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continuing education
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
