Domestic Cleaner – Permanent & Casual Roles | Paid Training | No Nights or Weekends

Please read this before applying
- You must have a reliable car and a current Australian driver's licence. You will drive between client homes every shift. Applications without a car cannot be considered.
- You must live in the Geelong area, within about 25 minutes' drive of the CBD. We roster locally and do not relocate staff.
- You must be available a minimum of 2 weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm.
- You must be willing to complete a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Permanent or casual — both are employee roles
We hire both permanent part-time and casual cleaners, so tell us which suits you. Either way you are our employee: superannuation is paid, your training is paid, your travel between jobs is paid, and we supply everything you need. Casual staff receive the casual loading. What we do not do is ABN, contractor or gig arrangements.
We hire in small intakes
We take on only a small number of new cleaners at a time, so that every one of them gets proper paid induction, hands-on training and regular support from their local Team Leader. That means we read every application carefully — and it means the people we do hire are set up to stay.

Why This Role Is Different
A lot of cleaning work advertised as "flexible" really means you are a contractor with no superannuation, no paid training and no way up. You end up doing your own scheduling, buying your own supplies and chasing your own money.
Here, you are an employee. You are paid for your training, for your time in client homes, and for your travel between them. Superannuation and allowances are included, and we supply everything you need to do the job. Your time goes into the work, not the admin.

- Cleaning experience preferred, but not essential for the right person
- Willingness to complete paid training (length depends on your experience)
