What You’ll Be Doing
This role blends technical expertise with leadership — giving you variety without chaos:
- Conduct gas safety checks in line with RTA compliance requirements
- Complete rectification works and fault-finding across gas, water, and sanitary systems
- Lead and mentor a small field team, ensuring high standards of safety and quality
- Work within structured, efficient systems designed for high-volume compliance (no guesswork)
- Communicate professionally with agencies, tenants, and internal teams
- Complete accurate compliance reporting using provided Apple devices
- Contribute to improving systems, workflows, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
You’re a skilled plumber who’s ready to take ownership — not just of jobs, but of people and outcomes:
- Current Plumbing Licence (Gas Fitting, Sanitary, Water Supply, Drainage)
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards, VBA regulations, and Energy Safe Victoria requirements
- Proven leadership experience — or clear readiness to step up
- Experience across gas appliances, maintenance plumbing, and rectification work
- Comfortable with structured systems and digital reporting
- Strong communication skills, especially for compliance documentation
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Ability to obtain a Police Check

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
