Laneway Coffee is looking for a superstar Floor Staff member to join our team!
We’re a busy, fast-paced café where good coffee, good food and good people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for someone who can keep up with the Laneway rush, bring good vibes to the team and genuinely enjoys making people’s day.
What we’re looking for:
- A hard-working, reliable and friendly team player
- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Great communication and a positive attitude
- Someone who takes pride in providing awesome customer service
- Hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude matters most
- Someone who is looking to commit to at least 6 months (the longer the better!)
- Available for 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible availability is a bonus, but we understand you might have a second job or other commitments
- No evening work – our shifts are daytime only!

Pay: $33.85 – $41.00 per hour
