An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketplace Operations Coordinator to support the growth and day-to-day operations of Country Road Group's Marketplace across our portfolio of iconic brands.
Reporting to the Marketplace Manager, you will play a key role in supporting seller onboarding, maintaining catalogue quality, monitoring marketplace performance, ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and customers.
Support seller onboarding and integration activities, ensuring product data, imagery, pricing and inventory meet CRG standards.
Monitor marketplace performance, including service levels, order fulfilment, shipping compliance and returns.
Support meaningful community and charity partnerships across our House of Brands, including OCRF, Our Watch, First Nations Reconciliation, Movember, Red Cross and Landcare
