About the role:
We are currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant and Agriculture Operators in the Southwest, for work in the Collie region. This Project will be from September 2026 through to May 2027. You will be working on constructing tailings dams as part of a large team on site.
The ideal candidates will have experience operating Tractors, Excavators (36 & 49T), Articulated Dump Trucks, Watercarts, Compactors and Dozers. Tractor operators (current or previously) with experience pulling various attachments are highly regarded. This is a unique opportunity to learn new and transferable skills in the civil operating space. There is also paid on call work available for people looking to re enter, or pick up extra work.
Skills & experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- Valid White Card
- Proven experience operating a Tractor
- Any experience operating a Tractor using attachments that are towed are highly desirable
- Experience on Articulated Dump Trucks, Excavators, Watercarts, Dozers and Compactors.
- Ability to pass a VOC
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
- Strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and safe manner
- Must be willing to commit for the duration of the season (September 2026 to May 2027)
- Available for interview next week
- Live local to the area
