● Salary Range: $83,619 per annum (plus benefits and superannuation)
Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, you will organise and control the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring efficient service delivery. Your key tasks will include:
● Managing the product mix (including limited-time promotional offers and core menu items), monitoring real-time stock levels, and upholding strict quality and service speed standards.
● Implementing purchasing procedures aligned with brand guidelines and managing local pricing strategies across in-store, drive-thru, and delivery channels.
● Driving local store marketing, promoting new product launches, and ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service and upselling opportunities.
● Assisting customers with menu options, product ingredients, and addressing dietary or nutritional inquiries.
● Maintaining accurate records of daily inventory, food waste, and financial transactions using point-of-sale and tracking systems.
● Monitoring labor and operational expenses to meet establishment targets and maximize profitability.
● Onboarding, training, rostering, and supervision of crew members and shift supervisors.
● Ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards, hygiene practices, and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
● Aligning the day-to-day operations with the business's multi-channel price, delivery, and marketing policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Skill Requirements:
● Relevant diploma or higher qualification in business, retail or hospitality
● At least 1 year of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail or quick-service or fast food restaurant environment.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
● Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Pay: $83,619.00 per year
