We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager – Clinical Therapeutic Services to provide clinical leadership, supervision and strategic support to our Therapeutic and Victim Support Services team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled clinical leader who is committed to trauma-informed practice and achieving positive outcomes for children, young people, adults and families.
Reporting to the Head of Therapeutic and Victim Support Services, you will provide clinical leadership across therapeutic programs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-informed service delivery. You will support and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering therapeutic interventions to people who have experienced trauma, while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability and reflective practice.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing clinical leadership, supervision and professional support to therapeutic staff.

Promoting best-practice, trauma-informed service delivery aligned with Junction’s Therapeutic Framework.

Supporting program development, quality improvement, evaluation and compliance activities.

Ensuring therapeutic services meet legislative, regulatory and organisational standards.

Leading reflective practice and clinical consultation processes.

Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across government, partner agencies and community services.

Supporting workforce development, performance management and staff wellbeing.

Contributing to the development of innovative therapeutic programs and service responses
This role will require occasional travel to our Gippsland location.
You are an experienced clinician and people leader with a passion for supporting vulnerable children, young people and families. You bring strong therapeutic knowledge, sound judgement and a collaborative leadership style.
To be successful, you will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioural Science or a related discipline.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including clinical supervision of staff.

Strong experience delivering and supporting evidence-informed therapeutic interventions.

Extensive knowledge of trauma, attachment and neurobiology frameworks.
-
Experience working with children, young people and families impacted by trauma.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
-
Sound understanding of family violence, child protection and relevant legislation, including MARAM.

Current Driver Licence.

Current Working with Children Check.

Postgraduate qualifications or additional specialist training in child, adolescent or family therapeutic practice.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of therapeutic interventions, program development, monitoring and evaluation.

Experience providing therapeutic consultation and guidance in complex practice environments.
